Outline of Services Included in All BC Productions Wedding Videography
Packages
BC Productions doesn’t believe in just having a quick conversation and
seeing you that day right before you walk down the aisle when you schedule
your event with your videographer. Similar to our DJ 12-20 hour package we
do the same on our videography. We invest our time in your event!
Initial Contact .25 To .5 Hours
Initial contact with your videographer. This will be done by phone
preferably. However, e-mail may be used to try and arrange the phone call.
During this time, your videographer will set-up a meeting to help plan your
video.
Planning Meeting 1 To 2 Hours
Preferably, this meeting will be done in person with the Bride & Groom. This
is the time to tell your videographer definite moments to catch for your
day, extra moments and details about your day.
Load & Unload Time 1 Hour
Time to organize, check, prep and load the equipment. Also, the time to
unload the equipment and close the event out
Drive Time 1 To 2 Hours
Set Up & Tear Down 1 Hour
Loading in and set-up of all equipment. Tear Out of all equipment.
Live Camera Time 4 To 8 Hours
There is no limit to the time that your videographer will shoot your event.
The contracted time can be negotiated for extra time.
Editing, Finalizing and Duplicating 4 To 22 Hours
From the
simplicity package to our higher end packages lots of time is put in editing
the final product/video that you and your family with enjoy for decades!
